I have only ever taken LSD once over a year ago when i was 15 and had one flashback recently when i first tried (and did far too much high strengh) salvia. i only found this article by typing in "lsd fractal" into google, because i could see exactly what you descibe in everything i could see, even if my eyes were closed. i personaly have no trouble myself with hallucengens including adic, despite some genuinly terrifying thoughts I had during my flashback. but thankyou for writing this, your article has helped clear some things up.
